Is there a way to lock an order so when one person has it open to modify that another person cannot open and try to modify it at the same time?

Hi Is there a way to disable Orders from being edited after they have been fully shipped and all lines completed.We are able to afterwards go in and add an new line to the order . we would like to block users from doing this.

Is it possible to limit Users to transact/inquiry/reports from specific Stores i.e. Physical locations like how GL Security works?

Is there a way to allow salesperson's to enter orders and invoices, be able to view their orders and invoices but not be able to view/edit other salesperson orders and invoices?
