Report printing is empty

when I try to print RPT reports it doesn't print the numbers with it, it prints an blank page.

i would have to export it to PDF then print it.

any idea who to solve it?

Huh??? First of all, this is the Sage 300 Intelligence Reporting forum, it doesn't use RPT reports. Second, exactly which RPT report are you printing?

any report im trying to print it looks like in RPT format, it applies to all reports im trying to print

Your Sage isn't installed correctly. Start by running WSSETUP.

If you also have Sage Fixed Assets, note that the new version causes problems for Sage 300 Crystal Reports. More info here:
