Sage Intelligence 2019 Viewer Licences

My client is using Sage 300 ERP 2019

2 bought two viewer licenses.

After I have entered the first one and activated it, it shows a user count of 0

When I enter and activate the second one it overrides the first one and it still shows 0 users

Can anyone please help

Hi David,

Please can you confirm if the client is using a server and a workstation. With Sage 300 you need to activate SI licences on the server, the workstation will automatically consume the licences.

Can you try to activate on the server only and once complete open up viewer from the workstation, it should automatically consume the available license.

We have this issue with all of our Sage 300 2019 installations. The manager and viewer counts all change to zero when activated. This is on servers. There are no workstations. Our clients can't make use of any manager or viewer licenses.

We never got this resolved either. 2019 sites do not accept licenses.

Problem Solved? I have the same problem. License can be display only if run Sage300 as administrator
