Report Manager Screen

SOLVED

Can anyone help me on how to fix my screen so that I can fully read the right hand panel. Any idea's of what the problem is?

    HI Meg,

    please make sure that the erp and report manager are both closed when doing the below steps.

    To resolve this issue you will need to go to the registry.

     

    Start :

    Search for Regedit

    Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER

    SOFTWARE

    Sage 300ERP

    Delete the registry LastScreenSplit.  You can right click and click on delete

    Report Manager then needs to be re-opened. This resets the properties of the window and re-creates the key in the registry with the default value.
