ODBC SQL Server Driver] Cannot open database The login Failed SQLSate = 37000

Please Help.

We get the above-mentioned error on one workstation trying to print reports

The other strange thing is that there are 3 companies and we only get this error on two of them, the third works fine.

All other workstations are printing Sage Intelligence Reports fine for all three companies.

We are running Sage 300 ERP 2019 with PU 2 and SQL 2016

Kind Regards

David

    Hi David,

I'd suggest running the Sage 300 Database Load module for the machines that give this error.

Also check the tenant cache in Sage Intelligence Report Manager for a record for each of the companies.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
    Keev

    Thanks for the response.

What do you mean by Load Module?

Also, I have already checked the tenant cache and all the connection information is the same for all the companies, those that work and those that doesn't

    Kind Regards

    Hi David,

The module would appear if you search the windows menu for Sage 300 "DB Load" or "DataBase Load". This module creates the connection link.

You can also contact your Sage BP or Sage support desk to assist with this should you have any issues.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,

    Keev
