Kindly note that issue can be as a result of a few different scenarios that went wrong during the recent change of office. Office 2019 should not be the issue. However the Sage support teams are adequately qualified to resolve this once taking a look and your environment via a remote session and resolving it for. Please log a ticket with sage support and have them fix this for you .

Hi Dion,

You would be able to raise a ticket with your ERP support desk or alternatively if you have a Business Partner, they would be able to raise one on your behalf.
