Method '~' of object '~' failed and Sheet number 12 does not exist in the workbook

SOLVED

Hi,

When I run the sage intelligence report I have this error.

Sometimes the error is "Method '~' of object '~' failed" and sometimes is "Sheet number 12 does not exist in the workbook".

I can run the report using the user that installed the sage but every other users have this exact same issue.

Everyone already has permission to the sage folder and the shared data folder.

What is the reason of this? How to make all the user able to run this sage intelligence report?

Thank you

Does this happen on all reports or just this one report that all have access to?  It could be because it is a Union report that has multiple sub-reports and one of the sub-reports have been deleted.  In Report Manager select the report and double-click to view the sub-reports. You may need to look at the original standard report, see if it runs without the error and compare it to the copied/renamed report with the error.

This happen to all the reports. The reports work perfectly fine when I use the windows user that installed the sage but for every other user have the same error.

I tried the standard report that Sage provided, the report is running but at the end it does not open any excel and does not show me anything. It just goes back to the report manager screen.
