Hi L. Albert, 

It depends on your Costing Method setup for your IC Items. but in general, the Actual Cost is your "actual" total valuation.  

If you are using Average Costing, then Actual Cost is the total Cost.. the other costs (Most Recent, Standard, Last cost) all are values entered in the IC Location Details. 

If you print using Transaction Costs, you can get a value on a specific date range.
