reports

hi - I have used QB in the past.  You can pull out reports that details each line of an invoice. Does Sage have such a report ?

  • Hi  it depends what you want the report for.  If you're just after the invoice line data, just open an invoice entry, select File -> Export -> Set your file type and path -> Set your columns & criteria (remember to save it if you will do this regularly) -> Hit OK.  If you export to Excel you will get one sheet for the invoice headers, another for the detail lines (as well as several others that may or may not contain data).  Remember if you don't at least set a batch range you will get every invoice ever entered.  As for formatted reports, there isn't an exact bulk invoice lines report though there are Vendor/Customer transaction reports, or you can whip a details line report up in Crystal which we've done for several clients.  Cheers.
