Our client has the issue when trying to print their financial statements to file using the Print Financial Statements Icon (Sage 300 2023.4)

The report generates no problem to Preview.

We have

• Checked there are no other excel add-ins ticked.
• Ensure the .xla add-in files in the GL70A folder are added
• We have uninstalled and then re-installed the workstation setup.
• Run regacc.exe
• Checked the system paths and registry entries are correct.
• Manually registered the FRCOM700x64.dll files

The excel version 32-bit (O365).

It is only happening for this user and on this one workstation.  From another workstation all is OK.

Are there any suggestions of what to try next?
