Are you able to open Report Manager after logging into Sage 300 2024 Desktop?
When you start the Sage 300 Intelligence Reporting Launcher, the first thing that comes up is the Sign-On Manager asking you what Company you are signing into.. Does that error appear before even the SignOn screen opens?

Hi Vincent Simelane did you also run the Sage Intelligence workstation setup. Also I recall there is a hotfix for Sage Intelligence and Sage 300 2024 but its to do with the database connection so likely doesn't apply therefore I wouldn't use it unless it addresses the specific errors you're seeing. Are there any other errors received aside from the screenshot you provided that might give some insight?
