We have an existing client actively using Sage Intelligence and they have 2 users who creates containers and reports.

What happen is:

User A create a Sales report using container Sales (Container number #123) using table ARCUS and OESHDT

Subsequently, User B create an AR Sales report using container AR Sales (Container number #456) using ARCUS and ARINVH

All went well.

Out of the blue, when User A runs the sales report, it gives an error.

When we check the Container number #123, the container join is gone.  Container name is still the same, but the join of ARCUS and OESHDT is gone and it is empty.

In another occasion, the container gets renamed to AR Sales and the container join is gone as well.

These 2 users run Accpac from workstations and their server is hosted in a data centre.

They access the container by right click the Source Container from Report manager and choose Go to Container in Connector.

When you do that, Sage Intelligence will launch a new instance of Connector.

Anyone know if this will cause any problem as there could be 2 people opening the connector at the same time.
