BI Tool Installation popping up when clicking any icon in Sage 300 ERP 2014

Hi,

We have several customers that are experiencing this issue. To confirm when they click on any icon in Sage 300 ERP, the Intelligence workstation installer comes up and goes through a process.

I have taken the following steps to try and resolve:

1. 2. Re-installed intelligence workstation software in install mode as an admin, ran REGACC as an admin afterwards.

3. Went through and completely opened permissions to all BI folders in the system.

This is happening on multiple clients and we cant seem to figure out how to fix it, has anyone else run into this issue?

    There are a mix of terminal server and workstations.

    Important steps are to disable UAC, install Sage 300 using "Run As Administrator" and then install Intelligence from the BX62a\WSSETUP folder using "Run As Administrator". Then run REGACC.EXE using "Run As Administrator". The first time you open Sage 300 you need to right-click the icon and "Run As Administrator", open Sage Intelligence and make sure you get in. These are the steps I follow, that works.
