Report Designer - Sage 300ERP version 2012 - Budgets query not pulling in Revised Budget (Budget Set 2)

I am having an issue with Report Designer where I have set up a Revised Budget under Budget set 2 but the revised budget is not being pulled into the Designer report.

I can see the revised budget in the Budget Maintenance screen.  I have reviewed the Budgets query in Intelligence and cannot see where there are any filters set.

One thing I observe is that the import sheet I used to load revised budget uses the field FSCSDSG while the Budget query refers to the field BudgetSetCode.

I had used the import sheet to load the original budget to Budget set 1.  The query does pull the original budget.  Is there some kind of "behind the scenes" maintenance that has to be done to equate BudgetSetCode "2" with FSCSDSG "2"?

Thanks for your help

    Hi Charles.

What version of the Report Designer are you using. If it's less that 2-8 then you can download 2-8 from the link below. I know some changes were made to the Budger expressions from version 2-6. Let me know if this doesn't work for you and I will investigate some more.

Thanks Peter.  I have forwarded this to our implementation consultant (he was out of town earlier).  I think it is quite possible we have the older version.  When I click on the "about", all it tells me is that we have Intelligence Reporting version 6.1.  I can see where we have the license for designer but I can not see the version.

The version I'm referring to is in the report name, for example 'Financial Report Designer 2-8'. If they haven't updated any reports then it's likely that their 6.1 version of Sage Intelligence shipped with the 2-6 or earlier version of the Report Designer.
