I have successfully added the territory field to my sales report is Sage Intelligence, but I cannot get the field to total correctly.  If I put the field before the customer number it total, but only for each customer.  If I place the field to the left of the customer number and use all the same totally options, I see the total line, but no data.  Any ideas?  I also seem to get this result with any field I select to total and place it to the left of the customer number Ie.g. Salesman).
