Formulas do not disappear, you're making a simple user error.  Look at the original FR spreadsheet using the statement designer, not a copy of the output.

Thanks Jay, let me explain my question more clearly. 

My report is a two-part report, the above part is quantity information and the numbers present in template as they are the sum of numbers in the same sheet far beside the report, say Col AC & AD & AE, Data source from template excel not from Database. the below part are normal financial report that including acct code.

My problem is from the above part. all the number gone after i print the report. is there any way to prevent that?

not sure it will work depends on the formula but instead of using print financial reports, open it in statement designer and run it and see if it works. If it does it's somewhat of a pain to run it that way but it's a work around for you.  I have designed statements that won't work via print F/S but if you run from statement designer work perfectly fine and it's what my client wanted, not they way I would do it personally. Another solution might be the intelligence reporter/designer with the connector license to pull the info from the excel template and from the Sage 300 database.  Again not 100 % this would work for you but might want to look into it.

Using Statement Designer, make sure that the Spec range includes your new formulas.  If not, use Excel named ranges (ALT-I, N, D or find Name Manager in your Excel ribbons) to edit the range called "Spec" so that it stretches to column AE per your message above.

Need to add    AND TRXTYPETXT = 1 if you want only invoices

It's a SQL query, FR doesn't do things like invoice counts.  If you don't know how to do queries, Sage Intelligence can do this
