Not that same way, no. The number changers weren't written that way. But there are programs that allow you to simulate keypresses and mouse clicks so you could physically automate the process.

Thanks for the reply. Since this would be after hours in a domain environment, the program would have to login to the desktop first before opening sage, logging in, etc.

I've used https://www.logonexpert.com/ in the past for that.  There are probably others.
