So, is it safe to assume that LINENUM represent the line item number of an OE, its just that the value will be incremented by 32? I am about to make a custom table that have foreign keys that link to OEORDD by ORDUNIQ and LINENUM

Usually 32, but when you insert rows in between, it goes to 16, then 8, then 4, then 2.

You could also use OEORDD.DETAILNUM which is an integer (1, 2, 3) and is the line number
