The users are lying.

Usually is the User accidentally added the entry with new running number after that  they deleted it. They may think the number still able to use after deleted, but the system already recorded and move to the next number once it is added. They can only manually key in that number again.  Nothing to be fix... just have to reset the number back at the setting if want to use the Auto Running
