Am getting an error when am printing customized crystal reports on web (Sage 300 2020 PU3)

It is stating that there are invalid characters in the file name. What is the name of the report you are trying to print?

Have you looked at the trace.log file in the ..\online\web\logs folder? When an error like this is displayed, the error and error stack are output to this log file.
