We have a customer setup on Sage 300 2020 using Windows Authentication.  Their windows user is {firstname}.{lastname}, so even though said user has the rights for credit approval, they are unable to type their username and password on an OE Credit Check to proceed.

As a workaround I have created a Sage 300 user called CREDIT with their only right being Credit Approval, so the user can enter the CREDIT username and password to continue.

Is there a better way?
