Report fields populated in preview and Print to PDF but empty when printed

I am currently using Sage 300 Premium 2021. I have users accessing Sage via a published remote app. Until just recently, they were able to successfully print reports from the published app to our network printers. Now, they are able to preview the report successfully but when they print the report to a printer it prints only the template with all of the fields blank. They are also able to Print to PDF and perform data exports successfully. It is only when they attempt to print a report to a printer that they encounter this issue. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any advice on what to look at as a possible cause?

  • user  xxxxx_p.ism file is  likely corrupted; exit Sage 300; rename their file to something else; go back in and try again

    I am able to print from multiple other applications to the printers on my network from my published app servers. It is only Sage that I have this issue with. I also am able to log into a locally installed Sage client with the same user account and print successfully. It is occurring for all users on my published app servers. Both of my published app servers are having the issue but no locally installed clients are experiencing it.
