Sage 300 Custom OE and PO screens fail to run except for 2 users

I needed to move an install of Sage 300 v2018 to a new server.  I installed Sage 300 on the new server and copied over all the custom folders and user folders.

They have a few custom programs (exe's).  One is a custom OE screen and another is a custom PO screen.  In Sage 300 I set the path of the custom icons to the new server location of the exe's.

While running Sage 300 on the new server, for two of the users it works fine.  For ADMIN and the other user's it fails with the following message:

"Cannot open the application with stored sign on information.  Session could not be opened.  Please try signing on again."

I did try to sign on again and it did not work.

I'm running Sage 300 on the server console.

I've never seen this error before and two of the users work okay?

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

And just to confirm you're logging to the network as the same user but logging on to Sage as different users.

Because you'll need to determine if it is a network/workstation rights issue vs a Sage configuration/file issue and I'm not sure where you're at with your description above.

I was logged onto the server as the domain administrator.  I would log into Sage 300 as different Sage 300 users.  This was when I was sitting at the server console after I installed the Sage 300 software.

What I finally changed was the data source in Database setup.  I changed it from the server name to the ODBC's.  That fixed the issue.
