Thank you, but in my Set Datasource Location there are no properties to change the "Trusted connection" value. maybe you need to know the crystal report version that I use is SAP Crystal Reports 2016 Service Pack 7 Version 14.2.7.3069

Add CSCOM to the report

Thankyou Jay, but I can't find the CSCOM option in the Database Expert menu. May I know where should I add it?

In MS SQL add those windows users and assign them read rights to the database(s) your report uses.

It's a Sage table

Hi Jay, I've added the CSCOM table to my custom report, and somehow it works. Thank You

It works because the Sage Crystal runtime engine needs to pass in the SQL credentials that it has in Database Setup.  But, if there are no Sage tables that is recognizes, like views or store procedures, it doesn't know what credentials to pass.  Adding CSCOM gives it something familiar.  When you don't join CSCOM to anything, the Crystal editor complains that unlinked tables are bad, but just ignore that warning.
