Yes I did.

Not sure if you figured this out, but the default form does not print completed orders. You need to modify the form to print completed orders/lines.

At last I got it by adding print complete status at OEPICKSHIPMENT1  in crystal report.

By adding  "OR {OESHIH.COMPLETE} = 5" in the "bPrintComplete" formula field.
