Customer Statement-Crystal report

Hello,

We are in the process of designing new customer statement format. In the statement, we want to display the "Customer Payment Description". how difficult is it to display the payment description.

I haven't try by myself. But our consultant told me it will take a few hours to add this feature. How easy do you think it is?
