Don't run it during the day when users are in. Or get another lanpak.

There is no solution... other than buy more lanpaks.

I don't know if this will work in your case, but something to think about.  if the same user logs into to multiple instances of the ERP on the same work station, it does not consume more lanpaks.  so if you have that user name logged into ERP and just left sitting there, then when the application launches with that same user name, it should allow it to just proceed.  Again, only a theory, something to try anyways.  

Hey Mike, thats for that suggestion. I did try that without luck though.

I would try creating a scheduled task to create a session on your server (or other PC) once every hour or as often as is required to "hold" the session open.  Your application should then be able to use that session as required.

Been there and done all of that with little to no success. The only real solution at the end is to have more lanpaks available than the number of potential users.
