PrintBoss Printing directly to printer

None of my customized PrintBoss forms will print directly to printer after upgrade to 6.2. It is working fine in preview but when printing directly to printer. Since we are printing more than 300 orders daily this is an serious issue. Anybody with similar problem solution?

Environment: Sage 2014, MS Sql 2012 , Windows 2012R2 on virtual servers VMware.

Open each form in Crystal Reports and assign the printer to the form and save.
it's a known issue.

Thanks for the tip.
In my case was a different issue. I had a form saved with crystal preview open. Once I closed preview and saved form without preview open they all started working.
