A/P Invoice Import/Export not including Project/Segment/Employee information

I hope this is the right place to ask this. Im just a lowly IT person attempting to help our Admin dept. They are using Sage 300 and we are trying to import an excel doc into Projects A/P Invoice Entry. I exported one that was manually entered correctly to get the proper column names, but I noticed that the Project, Segment, and Employee fields at the bottom do not seem to export. I was able to import the Invoice_Details but then they have to manually go back though each line item and add the Project, Segment, and Employee fields. Am I missing something? Any idea what those field's column names would be? Below is a screenshot of the fields I'm talking about

    Sorry, I basically saw this software for the first time a few weeks ago. I have no formal training on it :/ I was asked if they could import a spreadsheet with all the information. I was able to get it to import all the fields except for the ones circled in the screenshot above. When I export an invoice that was manually entered (with Project, Segment and Employee info entered) those 3 fields do not show up on the export (and I have chosen to export all the fields too). Is there something Im missing? Does there need to be another tab in the spreadsheet? or maybe an export/import script?
