Sage Custom Report viewing via Asp.Net MVC Application

My company is looking into the possibility of developing an ASP.Net MVC application to view custom reports that are designed & created by our users through Sage 300 ERP Suite. I believe there is the .Net library to integrate with Sage.

Can we develop such an application and use it to load/view custom-developed reports in Sage 300 ERP?

That's a very ambiguous question. And you don't need any application to run custom reports, Sage does it natively.

No need, custom Crystal Reports can be launched from the Sage 300 desktop. We're talking about Crystal Reports, right?
Secondly no one can answer the question if you can develop something, only you know your capabilities.
