300ERP on VMware

I am running 2014 300ERP on VMware and experiencing performance drop if SQL Server and Application server are hosted on different physical machines. All virtual servers running Windows 2012 64bit and SQL is 2012. VMWare 6.0.0.All users are connecting to server using RDP.

Anybody with tips or similar issues?

Your VM host machines are poorly configured. This is an IT issue, not a Sage issue.

Can you recommend somebody? I tried several local companies but nobody was able to find solution.

Issue is finally resolved. Problem was virtual adapter VMXNET3.
