Sage CRM integration to Sage 300 only works for Admin

I have gone through all the integration steps to integrate Sage CRM with Sage 300. 

In Sage CRM when I log in as the Admin I am able to search and find all the customers from Sage 300. 

However, when I log in to Sage CRM as a different user, who is also in Sage 300 as a user, and whom I  defined the user-level security in the Sage CRM Administration/Sage 300 Administration for, I don't see any of the customers from Sage 300.

I thought I had the User defined properly. Why can't this user see the 300 customers the way the Admin can?

    Integration does not supersede rights provided in Sage 300, if a user does not have rights to maintain customers then they would not be able to view customers.

    Could you verify that the user in Sage 300 has the following in Administrative Services, Security Groups.

    Sage 300 Web API

    Sage 300 Inquiry

    Customer Maintenance
