CRM 7.2 and accpac 6.2a

I am working on integrating my Sage accpac installation with Sage CRM.

I am experiencing a problem that I cannot seem to resolve. The vast majority of the integration is complete. When I have created an opportunity in CRM, when i click on the Quote or Order tab, i get an error of Service Temporary Unavailable error.

I know the integration is communicating, as i can do OE inquiries, drill into the data, etc, with no problem.

Any suggestions?

Hi Garth,

This is a problem with the Sage 300 ERP Portal.

Make sure that the portal is installed, and a database has been setup for it.

If that looks to be ok. Look in IIS, to make sure that the Default Application Pool, as well as the 300 ERP Application Pools allows for 32-bit applications to launch.

I actually reinstalled the Portal, to be sure. We dont really use it for anything, except for CRM. The Application pools are both correct.

I now get a different error. HTTP Status 500 where javax.servlet.Servlet Exception where SDataServlet threw an exeception. It states a premature end of file for org.xml.sax.saxparseexception
