Recently, the package tracking functionality in Enter Pack List had an issue.  Sage 500 ERP calls a Sage common service to get tracking information.  iShip, the underlying tracking service that the Sage common service called was purchased by a major carrier and they shut down the service at the beginning of the year which brought down the Sage common service.  The Sage common service has replaced that underlying service and the Sage 500 ERP call to that Sage common service is now running again without any changes to Sage 500 ERP code necessary.

I am told that "The replacement handles: USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Tracking numbers form other carriers are redirected to Google package tracking."
