GL Import with Invalid Number Error

SOLVED

I am trying to get the GL Import working for our budget and read that the best way to get the import format is to export the budget data from GL Utilities and modify it with the updated data. I am using the delimited file and have finally gotten the import to recognize the GL account, with a space then a comma, but it still keeps kicking out the information as an invalid number for the budget amounts.
Has anyone else run into an issue like this and can tell me the correct formatting for budget numbers in GL Import, is there a cleaner way to build out the import template or is there anywhere to access a ready-to-use template?
We are using Sage 500 ERP version 7.50.1.0.
Thank you.

    Hello,

Check the sample import files that are installed with the Sage 500 application. Typically located under C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Software\Sage MAS 500 Client\GL\Imports. Look at the files that contain "budget" as part of the name with the extension "del" (delimited). There are Current Period and All period sample files.
