Is there a way to allow users only Inquiry access to the Enter Sales Orders and Quotes screen, yet allow them full access to the memo button on the top tool bar on that same screen?  Or a way to access the SO Memo, including the ability to view attachments to the memo, from anywhere other than the Enter Sales Orders and Quotes screen?
