Regarding the Package Tracking App

 Is it possible that the Starship integration interferes with the new service? When I click on the tracking icon, it tries to launch Chrome browser and it just flashes then nothing opens. This client uses StarShip. It's version 2019 PU1

This appears to be a browser cookie issue. I use Chrome as my default browser, and was getting the issue. When I cleared the cookies, the problem goes away. 
 The URL being produced in Sage 500 ERP is: 
 http://services.sagesoftware.com/services.asp?sid= DummyID &regid= Sage500SerialNo &trackingid= DummyTrackID 
 Where I have replaced the sid with a dummy value,a site specific serial number with a dummy value, and actual tracking number with dummy data (it was a USPS tracking number in my test) 
 The same URL is being generated in both versions I tested, 2013 (7.5) and the upcoming 2024. 
 Check to see if this solves the issue on a machine having the issue. If it does, I think this issue is outside of Sage 500 ERP.
