Integration with BI360

We have a client who has custom fields on SO & PO lines.  They are using BI360 for a reporting tool and need to know how to get the metadata for the custom fields added to BI360.  Does anyone have experience with BI360?  Just a note, we did not create the customizations for them.

    I know that this is possible. BI360 comes with the ability to edit the metadata. They use SQL views to feed it. I would check with Solver who makes BI360 for more info.

    It sounds like you need additional attributes added to your fact data tables. This can be done manually within the BI360 client. However, the routines that populate the fact data tables need to be modified to pull that information from Sage 500 in order to populate the corresponding table in the BI360 database.

    Now the integration between BI360 and Sage 500 may not necessarily be just views. In some cases it is SSIS Packages that are run on a scheduled SQL job to pull information from Sage 500 for BI360. I would contact the person who implemented BI360 for you and have them add the additional attributes you need.
