Short answer is 'Yes'. Sage 500 has the ability to do imports and FAS has the ability to do exports. Additionally some resellers have written integrations between the 2 products. Maybe someone else will chime in but you might consider contacting your reseller to see if they know specifics (like who has what customizations). If your reseller doesn't know then I'd look at contacting one of the big 4 resellers (SWK, RKL, E2BTek and Blytheco).

Sage 500 has a native "FAS Link". It's sold as a module, but really just extends existing functionality between FAS and 500's GL, AP & PO modules. You can use the link to create the Depreciation Entry from FAS into a pending journal bacth in 500. You can also use the link from 500 AP Process Vouchers & PO Receipt of Goods/Receipt of Invoice to create FAS assets.
