Pack List With Contents Not Printing Until Commit

Hi,

We have recently wanted to start using the Pack List With Contents for our shipments.  The summary prints out fine, but the detail prints only the blank Crystal report.  Once the shipment is committed, the details will print fine.  This leads me to believe that it has something to do with the pending shipment table not getting picked up by the report.  We have not customized this report, no filters are being applied, other than the shipment number.  Anyone have any idea why this might be happening and what we can do to correct it?

    Just curious, are you actually using the Pack option within Edit Shipments to push the line items into cartons?

    Exactly correct! Sorry, I should have included my steps in the original post.
    Sales Order > Shipping > Edit Shipment > select the shipment number from search, create carton from lines tab, select a carton size, Save, Enter Pack List, add items to cartons, Click Finish and Exit, return to Header tab, Click Print Documents, Preview of summary is correctly populated, Pack List With Contents is blank, only the form and our logo are on the report. If I click Commit, the pack list with contents prints the items appears correctly.
