We have two users who RDP into a Windows 7 machine to access MAS 500 v.7.30.5.0. One user has no performance issues and is able to process transactions in under a minute. However it takes our other user 10-20 minutes to do the same thing. We have done a bit of troubleshooting and from what I can determine have ruled out the user's laptop:
- Had user RDP into the MAS500 machine using both Win10 and Win7 laptops with no difference in performance
- User experiences same issue whether or not he's connected to our VPN
- User experiences same issue whether he's working from home or in the office
- The user has restarted the machine running the MAS 500 application
- Both users have administrator access to the MAS 500 machine
Any help towards a solution would be greatly appreciated.
