Missing Previews from Business Insights explorer views

We recently upgraded from 7.4 to 2014 (Jan 2015) and have issues with various users where they do not see some or all of the previews for the various Business Insights reports.  For example, the preview "Serial Activity" is missing from the Serial Number Summary.   Certain users can see it and it is not a permissions issue.  If I create a new SQL user, they can see the item.

There are a number missing from the Sales Order Summary (Sales Order Lines, Shipped Items, Open To Ship, Shipments and Invoices).   I am not sure what else may be missing! 

Has anyone else run into issues like this?

    That's strange. I was always under the impression that the preview options were global for all users. Is it possible that they are just hidden because the window is too small?

    tsmEntityPreview is where I believe the preview options are stored, but it isn't user-specific

    tsmDataViewSettingUser and tsmDataViewUser store user-specific information, but I don't see any preview option information stored here.

    tsmDataViewSetting stores setting-specific information and each user could be using different settings, but I don't see any preview option information stored here either.

    So I'm stumped too.

    It turns out that the tsmDataViewUser had incorrect mappings after the upgrade and clearing these records fixed the problem.
