Hi Elizabeth, are any of the icons available?  Sometimes icons become hidden based on Windows Display settings.  Sage screens work best when the display in Windows is set to "Smaller - 100% (default)".

At the user's workstation go to the Control Panel, Personalization, Display to view the setting.

The other icons are available.  It is only in this one screen there is a problem.  Once she clicks Ctrl N, all the icons are then available.  This is not necessary on the sysadmin log on.  That is why I believe it is a permission issue.

Does she have the Normal permission set on the Vendor Payment Process screen? You can find it under the AP module in the Maintain Security Groups screen.

If Crtl N combination is working, it means that the Next Number button is enabled, so this is not a security issue. Did you try just moving the window screen by mouse? Maybe the window does not redraw the button properly: it is added programmatically.

Turn off customizer for that screen (if it's on).  She might have 'touched' something with it.
