If you check the knowledge base https://www.sage.com/en-us/support/resources/  select Sage 500 then scroll down to the quick links, select Product Documentation, select the version you are on, then Sample Reports.  That might be what you are looking for. 

You can also reference the overview documentation where the Sage 500 client is installed. These are typically located in the \Program Files (x86)\Sage Software\Sage MAS 500 Client\Help folder and the one you want to review is the Manufacturing_Overview_Document.

The last old (very old) user guide published is sometimes useful as well. Some of the features are slightly different but many of the general functions are the same. The entire guide, even the entire MRP extract, is too large to upload to the forum though.
