Cause: Version 42.0 of Chrome disables the use of plug-ins by default.

Resolution:  In the address bar, navigate to chrome://flags Scrolle down and locate the Enable NPAPI setting Click Enable to activate it Restart the browser

Additional Information: This issue does not impact users that use Firefox or Internet Explorer If using Internet Explorer, ensure the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View is disabled Navigate to Tools, Compatibility View settings In the Compatibility View settings window, verify there is not a check in the box next to Display intranet sites in Compatibility View Select Close
