None of the inventory CAN reports in Sage500 obtains all followings; item code, product code, Item Description, Item cost and vendor ID for each warehouse. Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

Try inventory management, reports, that works for me all the time. "Inventory Valuation report" on the Sort by Item, Warehouse, on the option tab, set the start date 1/1/2015 thru today. Also, tick the box "Omit items having zero inventory valuations. This will give you some of the info your looking for.
I try using the Business Insights Explorer view for Inventory. Depending on what you mean by cost it probably has what you need.
Thanks everyone!! Sadly I have tried all suggestion and very disappointed that there is not a report in Sage500 to give me the list of Items, Item descriptions, quantity on hands, vendor, vendor item and cost for each inventory/warehouse! As noted, I could get some information but not! I am very surprised that according to support nobody is asking for this report!!
Another option you have is to create your own BIE task using a custom SQL view with the information you need. If you are not familiar with writing views in SQL Server, your reseller should be able to assist you with putting one together and adding it to the Sage 500 desktop as a new BIE.
Thanks for the suggestion and I agree with you assessment. I always had to go to that route with previous system for my complex and per say out of norm reports but the information and data I am seeking is very basic query reporting and I think it should be available in available CAN reports.
This would be very easy for a SQL person to put together. Since the inventory view has all but QtyOnHand in the row (it's available in stock status) they could add that by doing an OUTER APPLY on timWhseBinInvt or a CTE, etc. I believe the reason Sage didn't add that is due to the variety of ways on hand quantity can be calculated. What does CAN mean? Is that short for 'canned' report?
Yes, When I said CAN reports I meant to say "canned Reports" :) or Pre-defined out of box available reports.
John, you have made an excellent point about QOH but I still think we should have the basic QOH option as well as vendor item and etc. related to an inventory available without any effort creating them via SQL for reporting.
On a different note, my report is done and completed yesterday! :)
You know, Sheila, some crazy guy went off on this topic over at the Sage 500 enhancement suggestions site a few yeas ago.
I bet it still irks him to this very day. lol
LOL I think he was very smart guy for suggesting this enhancement and if Sage would act on his request then I did not have to add this post!
Seriously, I have tried to add to his enhancement suggestions to make a more stronger case but system did not take my password! do we need a different userid and password for adding a comment to an enhancement?
