Depending on which tasks you are looking to import into it could be well worth the cost of the module to purchase Data Porter.

Some tasks can be imported via the Data Import Manager module and others require custom developed imports.

If Support didn't solve this for you, another suggestion is to use the GL import utilities. Although there is no transform to service a direct import from QB, it might be easier to use than the alternatives.
