Lots with Zero Quantity

When I go into Explore Inventory and search for all lots that are open, there are a dozen lots with 0 quantity.  How can I close the lots? I tried to create a SO but it wouldn't let me because the quantity is 0.

    Hello AMOB,

    Lots are typically closed by the Sage 500 application through normal processing. If you have quantity of 0 with open lots, there is not a way to close the lot from the front end of the application. However, I suggest you contact Sage 500 ERP customer support to open a case as we may have a couple of generic scripts that can correct this problem
