I have two issues with Crystal Reports.

1.  Report with Date Parameters,  when user selects the Calendar to choose a date they get the script error "The value of the property of 'INCreateCalendar' I is null or undefined.   -   found the issue can be fixed with a service pack (Developer edition)  but when try to load on a system tells me that Crystal is not installed.  (ver 11).   The runtime from sage is not included on the Service Pack.  

2.  -  When launching a Crystal Report  the report starts in windows minimized and the user has to click on the task to open the window.   Is there a way to force the reports to open in a maximized window.
