Is anyone else finding it difficult to find anything on the Sage 500 knowledgebase.

I had a customer using Sage 500 7.4  run into the issue described in the following thread http://sagecity.na.sage.com/support_communities/sage500_erp/f/88/p/31592/119170.aspx#119170 which has been identified by Sage as a bug and the Dev Tracking number provided.  To let the customer know it was a known issue, I tried to find it in the knowledge base so I could send them a copy. However, using the error, stored procedure name and even the DevTracking number provided the search engine could not find it in the archive or current knowledge base.

Being a known issue I figured I would be able to find it in one or both places using at least the stored procedure name, so on a whim I tried to search on a couple of KB's I've used before the upgrade to the new knowledgebase using coming terms from the subject and they did not display as well. 

I'm just curious if others are finding it difficult to find information in the knowledge bases now after Sage upgraded and if anyone has tricks or techniques to find new as well as old knowledge base articles using the new search engines using keywords from the subject.
